A cleaning team working through a large mixed-use interior — one operative using a floor scrubber, one restocking a service trolley and one detailing the shopfront glazing.

Our services

Eight cleaning services, two clear categories.

Everything NEATFIELD offers, organised the way premises are actually managed — the recurring upkeep that keeps a building presentable, and the specialist work commissioned for a defined outcome.

Which kind of cleaning are you looking for?

If you are not sure which category your requirement falls into, describe the property and the problem in an enquiry — sorting it into the right scope is part of our job, not yours.

Category 01 — General Cleaning of Buildings

Cleaning that keeps a building working.

Four services covering the parts of a property that are used every day. Each can be arranged as a recurring scope or as agreed individual attendances — the frequency is confirmed in your quotation rather than assumed here.

A cleaning operative wiping a shared desk with a microfibre cloth beside a caddy of materials in a modern office breakout space. General cleaning

Office & Workplace Cleaning

Working floors, desks, meeting rooms, breakout areas, tea points and circulation space cleaned to a written routine, before or after the working day or at agreed times within it. Suits single-tenant offices, serviced floors, studios and small workplaces.

Communal Areas & Entrance Cleaning

The shared parts of a managed building: entrances, lobbies, post box walls, stairwells, landings, lift interiors, corridors and bin store approaches. Suits residential blocks, mixed-use developments and multi-tenant commercial buildings.

Category 02 — Other Cleaning Services

Specialist work for a defined outcome.

These four services are quoted against a specific result rather than a routine. Scope, access, materials and equipment differ so much between properties that a meaningful price only exists once the work has been assessed.

An operative using a squeegee on an internal glass balustrade beside a stair landing and full-height window. Other services

Interior Glass Cleaning

Internal partitions, meeting-room glazing, balustrades, glass doors, mirrors and the inside face of windows reachable safely from the floor or from ordinary access equipment. High-level and external access are quoted separately.

From£900 View service
An operative drawing an upholstery extraction tool across the seat of a navy fabric sofa in a book-lined room. Other services

Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Carpets, rugs, chairs, sofas and fabric partitions cleaned by a method chosen for the fibre and construction, following inspection and a discreet test area. Complete removal of every mark cannot be guaranteed.

From£1,050 View service
An operative wearing gloves and an apron scrubbing a stainless extraction filter in a commercial kitchen. Other services

Deep & One-Off Cleaning

A single, intensive attendance working through an itemised list of areas that routine cleaning does not reach — behind and beneath equipment, inside cupboards and appliances, and across accumulated build-up on hard surfaces.

From£1,250 View service
Two operatives clearing protective sheeting and vacuuming fine construction dust in a newly fitted office with concrete and timber finishes. Other services

Post-Works & Handover Cleaning

Fine dust, adhesive residues, protective film and finishing marks removed after construction, refurbishment or fit-out so a space can be inspected and handed over. Waste removal is agreed in advance, not assumed.

Indicative pricing

What each service starts from.

Published so you can judge whether we are in the right range before spending time on an enquiry. These are starting points against an agreed scope — the figure that governs the work is the one in your written quotation.

Interior Glass Cleaning

£900 from

Internal partitions, balustrades, doors, mirrors and reachable glazing.

Other services

Deep & One-Off Cleaning

£1,250 from

An itemised intensive clean delivered as a single attendance.

Important — how these prices work Prices shown are indicative starting prices for an agreed service scope. The final quotation depends on the size and condition of the premises, cleaning frequency, access arrangements, working hours, staffing requirements, location, equipment, materials and any additional requirements. They are not stated per hour, per visit, per week or per month unless an accepted quotation defines that basis. NEATFIELD does not provide online checkout, automatic booking or immediate payment — the commercial step is always a written quotation you choose to accept.

Quotation factors

What actually moves the number.

Two properties of identical floor area can be priced very differently. These are the variables we ask about, and the reasons they matter.

01

Size and layout

Total area matters less than how it is divided. A floor of small cellular rooms takes longer than an equivalent open plan, because of doors, corners, bins and separate light switches.

02

Condition on arrival

A property that has been maintained needs upkeep. One that has not needs restoration first. Where a deep clean is needed before a routine scope can hold, we say so and price it separately.

03

Frequency

Recurring attendance changes the economics: each visit deals with less accumulation. A single annual clean of the same building is a different job with a different price.

04

Access arrangements

Keys, fobs, codes, alarm sequences, signing-in procedures, escorted access and loading restrictions all consume time before work begins, and sometimes require a second person.

05

Working hours

Work outside ordinary hours — early mornings, evenings, weekends, or windows dictated by trading or occupancy — carries a different staffing cost from daytime attendance.

06

Staffing requirements

Some scopes need one person, some need a team working in parallel to finish inside a fixed window. Lone working is not appropriate in every building.

07

Location

Travel time, congestion and parking or loading arrangements differ across the UK. Location is a genuine cost, and it also affects whether we can resource a scope properly at all.

08

Equipment and materials

Whether we supply everything or work with what is on site, and whether the scope needs machinery, extraction equipment or specific products for the finishes involved.

09

Additional requirements

Consumable supply, waste handling beyond ordinary bagging, out-of-hours callouts, specific reporting, or anything the building's own rules impose on contractors.

The quotation

How you get from an enquiry to a price.

What we need from you

  • Where the property is — town, city or postcode
  • What it is used for, and roughly how large it is
  • Which areas you want covered
  • Whether you want recurring attendance or a one-off visit
  • Any access restrictions or required working hours
  • Anything unusual about the condition or the finishes

What you get back

  • Follow-up questions about anything that affects the price
  • A property visit where the scale or condition warrants one
  • A written scope: areas, tasks, frequencies and exclusions
  • Options priced separately rather than bundled in
  • The price and the basis on which it is charged
  • The payment terms applying to that quotation

Nothing is committed until you accept. An enquiry is not an order and a quotation is not a contract. A service agreement is formed when you accept a quotation and we confirm it. The full position is set out in our Terms and Conditions, and cancellation and rescheduling are covered in the Cancellation Policy.

Next step

Describe the property and we will put a scope to it.

If you already know which service you need, say so. If you do not, describe the problem — working out which scope fits is part of what we do.
