Most cleaning company websites open with a number — years in business, clients served, jobs completed. We do not have those numbers, and we are not going to invent them.

We provide professional cleaning services for workplaces, commercial premises, residential developments and shared environments. Our work is organised around two service categories that reflect how buildings are actually managed: general cleaning of buildings, which keeps a property working day to day, and other cleaning services, which are commissioned for a specific outcome.
Being new has an obvious disadvantage: we cannot point at a decade of contracts. It also has a less obvious advantage. Every scope we write, every process we set up and every arrangement we agree is being designed deliberately now, rather than inherited from how things were always done. There is no accumulated habit of vague scopes, no legacy of promising frequencies that cannot be resourced, and no expectation that clients will simply put up with things.
What we ask is that you judge us on what you can actually verify: how clearly we ask about your property, how specific our written scope is, whether our exclusions are stated up front, and whether we tell you the truth when something cannot be achieved.

How we operate
Planning around the property, not around a template.
A cleaning scope built from a generic checklist will always contain tasks that do not apply and miss the ones that matter most in your particular building.
So we start with the property itself: the layout, the finishes, the traffic, the times it is quiet, and the areas that have always been a problem. That is what the planning stage is for, and it is why we would rather ask a dozen questions — or walk the building — than send a price back within the hour.
It is also why our scopes use your building's own vocabulary. A scope naming rooms you do not recognise is a scope nobody will ever check. One that names the third-floor breakout, the Paul Street entrance and the basement welfare room is one you can hold us to.

We accept enquiries for properties located throughout the United Kingdom, subject to scope, location and availability. That qualification is meant literally rather than as legal cover.
UK properties
Our services are delivered at premises physically located in the United Kingdom. For each enquiry we will tell you honestly whether we can resource the work properly at that location, rather than accepting it and disappointing you later.
European clients, UK premises
We are happy to correspond and contract with businesses or individuals based elsewhere in Europe where they are responsible for a property in the UK. The premises being cleaned must be in the United Kingdom.
No overseas operations
We do not send cleaning teams to continental Europe and we do not operate offices outside the UK. Our registered office in London is a registered address for company purposes — it is not a depot, branch or walk-in centre.

Can we visit your office?

Are you insured, accredited or certified?
We do not make claims about insurance, accreditations, certifications or memberships on this website, because we will not publish a credential we cannot evidence. If your organisation requires specific documentation from contractors — and many managing agents and main contractors reasonably do — raise it with your enquiry and we will respond directly and honestly about what we can provide. That is a far better basis for a working relationship than a badge on a webpage.
Who will actually be cleaning our building?
Attendance arrangements are confirmed as part of setting up the work, before the first visit — who is coming, how they access the property and who your point of contact is. We do not publish named biographies of individuals on this website. What we do commit to is that you know who to expect and who to speak to, rather than a different arrangement each week with nobody accountable for the scope.
Will you work with us if we are based outside the UK?
Yes, provided the premises being cleaned are physically located in the United Kingdom. We are happy to correspond and contract with a business or individual based elsewhere in Europe who is responsible for a UK property — a landlord, an investor, a company with a UK office. We do not send cleaning teams to continental Europe and we do not operate outside the UK.
